 Join Jennifer Nance, Vice President of Kemper House Community Education for an in-depth look on the impact nutrition, exercise and sleep have on our mental well-being. Taking good care of your body and mind can make a difference in how healthy you are in general and how well you cope with change. This series will teach participants the best foods to eat, basic exercises, and the importance of sleep for optimal mental health.
